Born and raised in Vancouver, I commenced and completed primary and secondary education at Prince of Wales School on Vancouver's West Side. I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree and continued my education, receiving an Urban Land Economics diploma from the U.B.C. Faculty of Commerce.
My real estate background spans over thirty years and has included appraisal, commercial leasing, real estate portfolio management and development, and over twenty years of active involvement with residential sales.
I am a member in good standing of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and have been since 1974.
My lengthy association with Dexter Properties Inc. has allowed me an opportunity to acquire an extensive knowledge of Vancouver's residential real estate market as it has developed over time.
I am acknowledged yearly as a "Top Producer" with my firm and recognized by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as a member of the Medallion Club.
